We bought a Honda Accord 2009 new then traded it in for a used same vehicle BIG MISTAKE!!
This manager is such a horrible person, my friend recommended him but we will NOT EVER EVER buy another Honda again thanks to this awful services at this location, the manager is just rude after sales. Also, we asked them when we traded in the newer Honda for a used one due to a downsizing we did that, and when we went to sell the car a couple years ago - we found out that they sold us a car that had been in an accident!! Now we're STUCK with this awful car, I cannot even look at a Honda, Go for a TOYOTA, and if you need a car, go to CarMax, or a local dealer, if you care about after sales, this location does NOT have it, unless you like to go there and pay them off with goodies of food and such.
I used to like Honda, but not anymore after we sell or salvage this car we're STUCK WITH that they sold us - we will NEVER EVER EVER buy another Honda, I don't care how pretty they look, or efficient they run, I won't even take one if it's free!! nope, I'd sell that Honda and put the money towards a better brand, like Toyota or Cadillac!!
With horrible after sales services from management over there, why would anyone use them!! Do your homework, if you like Honda - go to Chapman's they do know what after sales is, if you must have a Honda that is.
