Great condition 2012 Honda Civic with 81k miles, One owner and title in hand! - $9999

Pros:
Title clean and in hand. Ready to sell! Clean CarFax.
Bought it brand new, I'm the only owner it's ever had. Selling it to buy a motorcycle.
Mostly highway miles. I use to commute 3 hours a day for work. No accidents.
Just replaced alternator, timing belt & installed 5 year battery.
Two brand new tires with 90k mile warranty, the other two are halfway through 65k.
I have hard copies of all oil changes, tire, alternator and battery warranties.
5 speed manual. Completely stock, no after-market accessories of any kind.
Just detailed and waxed. Non-smoking!

Cons:
Never garaged. Some dings and dents on the sides. Random scratches and wear.
Paint stain on the passenger seat. (Picture included)
No warranty, AS IS.

This is a great car! I haven't had any problems with it except for the previous alternator. On long drives I was consistently getting over 40 mpg @ 74 mph.
