My company is providing me with a car, so I've decided to sell my Si. I am the second owner and originally purchased the car at a Honda dealership as a "Certified Pre-owned Honda" with 18,900 miles on it. I have meticulously maintained all service and maintenance records that will be provided in a binder with the car. It currently has 96,679 miles on it but as my daily driver, will increase by about 5 miles a day. This car gets about 22 City / 29 Highway MPG. The miles that I put on were 80% highway miles. The car is in excellent condition with normal and minor signs of wear. It has been in one accident (I turned into a pole by accident in a parking garage; I have all receipts from the professional repair of the headlight and a panel). I am a non-smoker and I don't own any pets and the car has never seen one. This Civic is stock and has never had any engine, transmission, exhaust, suspension or drive-train modifications. The following are the only modifications. Each one was professionally installed: -Philips 5000 kelvin HID lights (Pure white, non of those useless blue lights) -35% ceramic tint on all windows -15% tint on rear lights (it's more practical than blacked out, so people actually see you brake lights) -Mugen rain guards (on all four doors) -Red JDM Honda Badge (Front, Rear and on Steering Wheel) -K&N Air filter -Wired for a sub-woofer -Honda all-weather floor mats -LED license plate lights -Plasti-dip covered rims, will remove upon request. (It's been protecting my rims since the second day that I've owned the car). Recent service: -Registered and passed inspection in AUG2016. -Replaced A/C compressor, blows cold A/C. -Replaced front and rear oxygen sensor, and front oxygen sensor wire adapter. -Welded exhaust manifold. -Had roof refinished and re-painted, nighthawk black (it was chalking). -Replaced front door speakers. -Oil changed every 3,000 miles. Here are all and any minor things that I have identified: -Rims have minor curb rash. -All four all-season tires have 80% tread. -Rear brake pads are at 15% and will need to be replaced. -Front brake pads are at 85%. -Paint has tiny chips on hood and front bumper from highway use (rocks perhaps). -Rear bumper has a small crack from backing up into a shopping cart carousel. -Small scratches that I can point out upon inspection of the car. I financed the car and still owe a sum with USAA, so transfer of title to buyer will need to be worked out either with an escrow service or another agreement. All test drives must provide proof of license and insurance.
