The truck is in great condition overall. I had just finish fixing it up when i found out i am having twins. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to keep the truck as it will not be of use for when my twins arrive. That is the reason i am being forced to sell my truck.
** There is still a loan on the truck. I have called my bank and there are several ways we can do the transaction.
1) Buyer can apply for the loan amount with same bank (kind of just transferring the loan and pays off difference to seller)
2) Buyer can apply for a loan with their bank and split the check in 2. 1 to pay off the seller's bank balance to get the title and 2nd to the seller for the remaining difference
3) If buyer has cash, can pay seller difference and go with seller to pay off bank and get title.
