2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 For Sale by Owner in Greenbrier, AR

So I’ve decided to put my truck up for sale, I don’t really want to let it go but I wanna take on a new project. 

This is a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Double Cab 4WD
It has the 40/20/40 front seats
The interior is all black leather with heated seats in the front. Dual zone climate control. 
It has the upgraded 8” touchscreen radio with a backup camera. 
Not the fully loaded edition but it has a lot of extras from the dealership. 

I don’t put many miles on it, but I do drive it still. It currently has about 35,000 miles on it. 
I’ve put a lot of money into it so far, here’s a list of everything:

Mcgaughys 7-9” adjustable suspension lift
Atturo Trail Blade M/T tires- 37x13.50r20 with around ~60% life left
Fuel Hostage 20x12 rims
Dumped exhaust with a flow master muffler
K&N Blackhawk Induction Cold Air Intake
Anzo Black LED U-Bar Projector headlights
AVS low profile wind deflectors 
WeatherTech DigitalFit molded floor mats in the front and back
Limo window tint all the way around installed by a local tint shop
Subs were professionally installed. I’m considering taking the system but leaving the boxand cables. The cables are already ran and hidden. But I haven’t decided for sure. It’s has a $1200 treo system in it with 2-10” subs. 

4WD works perfectly, no issues. 
It rides surprisingly well considering the lift and everything it has on it. 
I’ve kept up with every oil change, every bit of maintenance ever received, and I have every receipt for every purchase ever made on this vehicle. 

Now for the cons:
I recently had a new A/C compressor on it. It was covered in warranty and installed by the dealership. It now has a brand new 1 year warranty with the new compressor. 
It has a couple of knicks and such from rocks since the tires stick out so much. But they’ve been touched up so they’re not so obvious. 
The rims have some scuffs on them from being in the mud once. 
That’s all I can really think of, but if you’re interested and I think of anything else, I’d be happy to let you know. 

The truck has been really taken care of. The interior has no damage, no wear, no tears. The exterior isn’t too bad, but it’s almost 4 years old and the lift has been on it almost the entire time so it’s not in too bad of shape. 
It has VERY low mileage on it considering the age. I used to travel for work so it was parked most of the time, that’s why they’re low. And probably 10,000 of those miles are highway miles driving to Oklahoma and back for work for a while.

I DO NOT need help selling it. 
I am open to offers but I’m not hurting to sell this. I love this truck and just want it to go to someone who will appreciate it.
