2006 Toyota Sienna XLS For Sale by Owner in Huntersville, NC

Selling our great family van, kids are off to college... This top-of-the-line Sienna XLS is in very good condition given the mileage. German owner, we like to pamper cars :-) .
We have the complete maintenance history available, both the excel table we use to ensure we're always up to date with maintenance, and the receipts. Owner manual is also available.
State inspection was last done in September 2017, passed with no problem as always.
Leather interior, original floor mats/ carpets in good shape with a second set to replace as needed. Loading area waterproof liner by WeatherTech.
New original Toyota battery installed in March 2017.
New headlights installed in 2017 as the old ones were dull - looks much better now and is safer, too.
New dashboard installed in Feb. 2017 (Toyota recall). Spare tire holding wire recall is also done.
Top class PIRELLI tires w. lots of life left in them.
Professionally detailed, including under the hood - looks almost too nice to sell now :-) .
No upcoming replacement of any costly component like timing belt, spark plugs, breaks.
A great car for families or someone with lots of transportation needs. Tons of room, smooth ride, everything works, incl. the 6-CD changer, the awesome JBL sound system (!), all power components.
No serious dents at all but there are a few small scratches/ dings.
One issue is that the left sliding door makes some strange noise when opening and closing. We have deducted $1,000 from the KBB suggested price of $6,787 to account for that. Just use the car without that door, ignore the noise, or have it repaired.
