2005 Buick LeSabre For Sale by Owner in Lakeview, MI

I have a 2005 Buick Lasabre For Sale. Buying a new car so it's time to sell this one. $4,500 OBO 
 Car will be sold as is.
 It's a 4 door, V6, Electric windows, Electric Drivers Seat Position, Electric Mirrors, Cruise Control, Air Conditioning, Heat, Aluminum Rims, Automatic Rear View Adjust for Night Time, Newer Tires, and On Star Capability.
 Bought it when it had about 99,000 miles on it and every since then have ran full synthetic oil in it.
 Front brakes and rotors were changed about a year ago and the rear brakes and rotors were changed about 3 months ago.
 Drives very nice; smooth ride. 
 Spark plugs were all changed out about a year ago along with wires.
 There is rust on the drivers side by the gas tank and by the fender. See pictures
 Not very many of the lights on the radio light up at night. Drive Steering wheel buttons do not light up either. These have no worked sense I bought it.
 Driver side window goes down and up slow.
 All the lights and blinkers work.
 Also there is a tiny bit of rust on the passenger rear fender. 
 Those are all the problems that I know of.

 Other than that it's a very well maintained vehicle. Wash it at least once a week to every other week.
 It gets between 26-28 miles a gallon depending how you drive it.
 It's never been in any collisions that I know of.
