2003 Ford Mustang For Sale by Owner in Maitland, FL

'03 Ford Mustang convertible.  The GOOD:  Runs great and never had any mechanical issues other than having the original alternator replaced and having the stick shifter replaced.  Since I've owned it a total of a year and a half, it has mainly been driven on I4 getting me to and from work.  I'm only selling the car because I recently had twins to go with my 3 year old daughter, so convertible isn't practical with 3 kids.  Thus I need to find a good home for this mustang.

The NOT AS GOOD: Body is in good shape all around except in the rear passenger bumper where I included a picture to show some yellow paint that rubbed off when it was accidentally backed into a yellow post a few months ago.  It left some paint and scratches behind.  The top will need replaced eventually as if it is not in covered parking it can leak some if it rains hard.  It's the original top.  This is why I'm asking a lot less than the blue book value.
