You will love this car as much as I have.  I have owned it since new in 2009.  Initially, I leased it and subsequently purchased it. Carfax shows two owners.  Nissan was the title holder during the lease period and I was the owner on title after I purchased it when the lease ended.  I have been the only owner throughout the lease period and to the present.

CONSUMER REPORTS COMMENTS ON FEATURES
It’s steady and predictable in fairly extreme situations.  Its suspension is firm compared to some competitors, but the Altima’s ride isn’t harsh.

The standard 4-cylinder engine is one of the strongest in the class, but it still affords good fuel economy.  It has a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine equipped with a continuously variable transmission, or CVT, which works like an automatic.  Nissan has excelled at CVT technology.

The Altima sedan is comfortable, practical and well suited to growing families.

Altima’s cargo space can be expanded into the cabin, thanks to a standard fold-down, locking rear seatback.

The Altima models get high marks for safety, earning the full five stars in government front- and side- impact crash tests.  All are equipped with a full complement of airbags and standard anti-lock brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution.

The Nissan Altima 2.5 sedan comes with cloth upholstery, air conditioning with cabin air filter, power mirrors, trip computer and keyless pushbutton start system.

REASON FOR SELLING
The reason I am selling is my grandkids fault; they have influenced me to buy and SUV for our camping trips.  If not for that, I would keep this car.  

The Altima is very appealing visually, as well as mechanically.  It looks great and drives great!

SERVICE HISTORY/CONDITION:
I parked the car in the garage daily.  It has never been involved in a crash.  I have never had any issues with the car and the only parts I have replaced were the front struts, including the torque strut (3/9/18) and battery.  I had the oil changed every 3,000 miles. 
In March 2018, a diagnostic scan was conducted by two independent auto shops. Both reported that there were no repair codes showing – indicating a “clean bill of health.” The car has been very well taken care of and is recently passed the annual inspection and is registered until April 2019.
