Leather seats
Third row
20mpg highway 16 city
All wheel drive 
DVD player (don't know if it works) 
Keyless entry
Newer tires with about 60% tread left

The bad:
Cracked windshield
Traction control spontaneously stops working
Heat shield on underside is loose, it rattles but doesn't effect anything
Scratch on front bumper
