1960 Chevrolet corvair For Sale by Owner in Phoenix, AZ

All original 1960 Corvair. This is the first year for this vehicle and not too many of these left around. This has less than 60,000 original miles on it. There were less than 150,000 of the 769 models produced, sales were slowed due to a US steel strike in early 1960, there are only a handful of survivors left. This Corvair is loaded with the factory AM Tube radio (and it works!) the gas heater and a two speed powerglide  transmission. It has some wear to it, being the desert southwest the rubber trim around the doors and windows is pretty shot, there is some surface rust and some body rust in the floor pans. Original Horizon Blue paint. Asking $7,500 OBO.
