Super Beetle needs:
Currently the car does not run. I do not know why. When one turns the key the lights come on. When the key is turned into the 2nd position nothing happens: no clicking of the starter or engine turning over.

The window handle is broken off on the driver side door, because of this window is not rolled up, glass however is in door and in good condition.
