2004 Chevrolet Avalanche For Sale by Owner in Troy, MI

2004 Chevy Avalanche 4X2 base model (chrome, not plastic bumpers) with 169k highway miles (80%) from original owner/myself! 

the good....
I'm the 2nd owner with all current and previous owners receipts. 
Mechanically sound Vortec 5.3 V8 engine, drives great, a/c cold/heat very hot. Everything works!
Great "nearly new" cloth interior and carpet (both the front seat and carpet replaced in 2009 due to minor paint spill by previous owners grandson). 
June and October 2015 had certified mechanic do plugs/wires, front and rear shocks, rear brake rotors and ceramic pads, turned front rotors, and added a cold air intake. Truck comes with 2 sets of tires/rims in fair condition, 2nd set are Nitro chrome mag wheels bought new in 2006 which show their age. Previous owner replace brake lines to stainless and provided me the whole kit - i have the fuel line when or if the original has issues. 
the negative......
rust spot on hood and behind passenger door as shown in pictures, otherwise exterior in good condition for its' age. tires are next if keeping through the winter.

I will have another vehicle mid January for work and no longer need the truck. I'm NOT looking to give away or haggle much, truck has long life ahead. Good luck finding a 2004 in this condition for $5500 at a dealership or private sale.
