This Mercedes was the last of the series to be hand made in Stuttgart Germany, and has a brass plate indicating 11/1989. I have no idea about the engine what size or drive. I don't know all the mechanical data so have listed the things I can see and know. It has stood in my garage for 5 years now and I just want it moved on!. The owner was a Florida resident, he left the car in storage where it was until the company closed a few years ago. As a favor I allowed the vehicle to be parked in my garage while I was overseas, and it is still there! The Owner has no intentions of returning, he lives in the UK. I have all the details regarding the car., and the price is most definitely negotiable. If you are a car enthusiast, the body work is in excellent condition with the exception of the acrylic on the roof, hood and trunk which has deteriorated due to standing outside at the storage unit and the tarp blew away, wind and rain damages everything!.. The battery was new according to the owner before he left the USA, However, I am unable to start it, but willing to work with anyone that would be interested. It is a petrol engine and has lots of deluxe features. It is a good solid car without rust, but the interior leather is splitting in places with dryness and age. I would have to say it is in fair to good condition and if someone knowledgeable can work with it, the mileage is low that it would run a good few years and be a significant car. I have the original handbook, title etc., The Mercedes model is (126 series) and is listed as a 300 SE if that means anything? I have never driven it or seen it running, but the owner has told me it ran fine before he left the country. The color is a rich Burgundy (darkish red) and the interior is the same.
