 The Forte is a great car. It does 25 city mpg and 34 highway mpg. The 38,026 miles I've put on the car come from highway miles because of my job. Virtually zero city driving where you're shifting a lot and putting much more wear on the vehicle; simply free-coasting highway miles.

 It still has 3 years or 22,000 miles left on the warranty that is transferrable to new owner.

 I had a Viper alarm system professionally installed. I also had professionals do a California approved tint on the back and rear windows.

 Everything is manual on the car: transmission (stick shift), windows, side mirrors, etc
