2008 Nissan Rogue For Sale by Owner in Yuma, AZ

I’m selling my 2008 AWD Nissan Rogue SL for $14,500 obo.  I want it gone by Tuesday, September 10th.  I bought this car brand new just 5 years ago.  It’s in great condition with only 55,971 miles on it.  It’s never been in an accident.  Everything works great.  I just replaced the battery and windshield wipers last weekend.  All new tires bought within the last year.  It’s had regular maintenance checks and oil changes.  It seats five with a large trunk area with concealed storage and a privacy screen.  Spare tire, jack and tow hitch included and stored in concealed compartment.  The Rogue comes with a key that only needs to be with you for you to lock the doors and start the car.  It’s impossible to lock your keys in the car.   This vehicle is also equipped with hands free Bluetooth, Bose sound system, tinted windows and an anti-theft alarm system. 
I have taken this car off-roading and on cross country road trips.  It’s a comfortable ride and has great gas mileage costing about $40 to fill and lasting me two weeks.
Being 5 years old, it does have some dings, scratches and general wear but otherwise in great condition.
