2005 Chevrolet Equinox For Sale by Owner in Atlanta, GA

2005 AWD Chevy Equinox LS Silver exterior and cloth exterior remote start alarm 110,xxx miles on it 

Work just done and completed on it: 
new head and gasket 
new waterpump 
new thermostat 
new abs speed sensor 
new battery 
new coolant

Problems it has:
Overheats
Brakes 

All I know is that eventually it runs hot and overheats as well as when you brake it takes a lot longer than it should to stop.  THAT IS ALL I KNOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT REPAIR IS NEEDED TO CORRECT THOSE PROBLEMS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

1 -“WHAT CONDITION IS IT IN?” - Pictures  clearly show all sides of the car as well all around the interior. You can see random minor exterior things and the interior could use a good cleaning.  Again they’re all over clear and shows everything, you can judge this yourself.  
2 - “IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT?” / “ WHATS WRONG WITH IT?” - the 2 issues above.  Had it running great after the list of things above were done. Currently that is all that seems to be wrong. 
3 - “WHEN AND/OR WHERE CAN I SEE THE VEHICLE?” - only here, o4w near downtown right off the connector, any time/day almost always available immediately and can come now if you’d like  
4 - “Is the price negotiable?” - price reflects selling it as it is.  You know how much you’d pay for a car without looking at it?  Not accepting any offers unless you’ve seen it. 
5 - “IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?” -  YES - Or you wouldn’t be reading this
