1958 Ford Fairlane 500 Town Victoria For Sale by Owner in Bluffton, SC

FOR SALE – BEAUTIFUL 1958 FORD FAIRLANE 500 TOWN VICTORIA 

Car drives well. Both the exterior and interior of car are great (see pictures). Engine runs good (352 cu – 300 hp) no smoke, all glass is good. etc. Garage kept. Never driven in rain, etc. I drive the car locally, in parades, and car shows, etc. 

Some history - Car was in storage for sometime. (see some pics while in storage). She has  only 23,800 miles on the odometer. I've already had approx. $10,000 of mechanical work, upgrades, new parts done on it so far. My investment in the car is about $26,000. (See list below of what's been done). .

Senior citizen health issues are slowing the minor restoration finishes down and need to sell.
 I will discount the sales price $2,800 for the cost of remaining parts, approx labor, (maybe car transport?). Although you wouldn't have to, I would like to see the car finishes done.

 Maybe - - change original windshield wipers to electric.
 Install new heater core.
 Maybe - - switch the recent new front drum brakes to disc.
 Install gaskets(?) for typical classic car oil drips.
 Needs new bulbs for panel and license plate.
 Should have another new oil & filter change and lube job.

Ballast ignition coil resister
Resistor type spark plugs , wires, condenser tune up
Thermostat and control unit
Set timing
Die-hard battery 
Flush / clean engine and radiator and replace with new hoses.

Price: $22,500 less cash discount of $2,800 - ($22,500 – $2,800 = $19,700 ) firm sales price. Great classic car / great price. Finish her off.
