Runs. Recent top end rebuild with new summit 4bbl carburetor, harmonic balancer, alternator, radiator and more. Brand new battery.
New rear tires, front tires are good. 
Was a daily driver until it developed a shake in the front end and the transmission started slipping a few months ago. It will need transmission work soon. I bought $300 worth of new front end parts but haven't put them on yet. I will include the new parts.
It does drive but I would recommend towing.
