2011 Porsche Cayman For Sale by Owner in Houston, TX

Hello All,

My wife is selling her 2011 Porsche Cayman with 36,737 miles. Purchased pre-owned from BMW North Houston 3 years ago with approximately 23,000 miles on it. We’ve had it serviced at Porsche West Houston for the 20,000 and 30,000 mile service and have just completed the scheduled 40,000 mile major service and tune-up at 36,547miles. 

We’ve also had new OEM Continental tires put on it at 32,000 miles.  It has a automatic transmission with the PDK paddlewheel available on the steering wheel. It also has 3 suspension and engine auto settings that are available at the push of a button: regular driving, sport and super sport, which allow for the greatest control over the cars significant systems.  My wife never used the sport or super sport settings as she was afraid of them.  She drove about 10 miles a day to work and back and the car has always been kept in the garage and hand washed. (non-smoker)

It has the larger 18” Boxster S ll rear wheels and looks and drives at 100%. It also has available, for a modest transfer fee ($50.00), a Platinum Warranty thru ASG which covers everything on the car including all computer related items. It does not cover wear items such as brake pads etc..The warranty is good till 2020 or 100,000 miles whichever comes first and cost us $3,500. It goes with the car.

We have a lien on the car through MCCU, who, by the way, gave a very good rate if you are interested, so any purchase would have to be finalized at one of their brach locations. There is one located conveniently about a mile from where the car sits. NADA has a clean retail value on the car of $33,450, we where going to ask $32,450 with the transferable warranty included, but if you take a look at the car and have a reason why you think it’s worth less, I’ll be happy to listen.
