1960 Triumph TR3A For Sale by Owner in Houston, TX

Triumph TR3A survivor that has absolutely no rust. Selling for an estate and have clear PA title and Short Certificate notarized. This car was owned by a 97 year old gentleman that purchased it in Las Vegas while in the military many years ago. The last inspection is 1973 and has been in dry storage since then and hasn't be run since. The body is unbelievable, all panels are rust free and the door and fender lines are amazing.Check out all the photos closely and you'll see how nice it is. The frame has zero rust and the floors are as clean as seen in the photos. I have found nothing on this car that is not original and in good condition, The trunk and spare tire area are rust free as well. There's even an original jack, lug wrench and original engine crank included. The engine compartment is unmolested having all original parts and is clean of rust. The battery box is not rusted either which is really unusual. I hooked up a battery and got the lights to work and the started spins but wont engage. The engine is free, moves easily and has clean oil in it. I'm sure it'll run with a little TLC as it has 46,660 miles which I was told are original. Interior is all there but seat bottoms were redone in black at some time in the past. Dash and all gauges present and work when key turned on but one glass is missing on the amp gauge. Even the dash light work. Top bow is present as well as a decent set of side curtains. There is no top. Windshield is good having no cracks. Tires are old but do hold air, all hub caps are present 3 are excellent. I've been messing with British cars for over 40 years and have never seen a cleaner unmolested TR3 or any other car this rust free and original. If you are looking to restore a TR3 that isn't all hacked up, this is it. It's all there and original. I try to describe all my items the best I can so there are no surprises.
