It is exceptionally rare to find a Lexus IS250 AWD this age that has been a southern car (Texas and Arkansas) all it's life with no accidents, only 2 owners, and such low mileage.

Then add that it has all of the factory available options plus a newer battery, brakes, and new tires and it makes this an especially good value in a used Lexus IS.

There are no electrical or mechanical issues and the car has just minor chips and dings related to parking lots that you would expect for a vehicle of this age.

We are the 2nd owners and have had it roughly 7 plus years and all but the first 17,200 miles.

The car currently has around 86,497 miles but we are still driving it daily so that will go up some until sold.

Gets great fuel economy and has AWD for safety. Handles better on wet or dry roads. Especially good during hard rain to prevent hydroplaning. If you lived somewhere it snows or you get ice it would be excellent for that as well.

Interior is in great shapes with no stains, burns, tears, odors, etc.

It includes Lexus embroderied floor mats which we have not had in the car because we had rubber mats.

When we got it we scotchguarded the carpet which we always do on any vehicle.

The reason we are selling is we currently have 4 vehicles and only 2 drivers. Now that we have grandchildren and need to put car seats in and haul strollers, diaper bags, playpens, etc. we are selling the car since it is smaller.
