This 1969 Z28 has undergone an extensive, nut and bolt restoration. Once blasted down to bare metal, no rust was found on the Camaro. It was painted in gorgeous LeMans Blue with white stripes and cleared over. The paint looks incredible. The chassis and underbody were also painted. The interior wears new panels, new carpets and re-covered seats. This car was optioned with a rear window defroster, center console with gauges, 12 bolt posi rear end with 3.73 gears (recommended for Z28's) power brakes with front disc's, 4 speed Muncie with Hurst shifter, power steering, tach, special instruments, AM/FM radio, antenna, cowl hood and special performance package that included the high performance 302 V8, Z28 emblems, sport striping, heavy duty suspension, dual exhaust, heavy duty cooling and rally wheels. The 302 in this Camaro was rebuilt with performance and durability in mind. It has been bored .30 over with forged pistons. The engine has been balanced and blueprinted and has a build list longer than this ad will allow. The 302 was pushing 481 horsepower to the crank. Much better than the 290 horse that was stock. The Muncie was rebuilt, performance flywheel and clutch installed and the rear-end rebuilt. HP front and rear Hellwig sway bars were also installed and the new, complete Z28 suspension was added as well. Everything is either new or rebuilt on this Camaro and it shows.
