2000 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 Custom Cummins 12 valve swap. 

The Excursion has the limited leather loaded package, with a 95 12v Cummins with the reliable p-pump injection system. power everything with heated seats.  The body previously had a V10 gasser with only one spot of rust underneath the drivers side passenger door. The Cummins came from a 1995 2500 2-wheel drive with 155k and has the pre-heat button. Engine mounts came from the donor 2500 Dodge.
Front and rear axles are 2004 Dana 60s that were completely rebuilt last year with all new 3.73 gears, bearings, ball joints, u-joints and new brake components.
Has new 35" 12.50 18 extreme mud claw tires and new K-2 off road rims with 5 inch lift.
Has 4" exhaust with muffler and chrome tip.
Engine has factory fuel plate and the he351 turbo. All stock factory engine. 
The Cummins is mated to a Ford 4r100 transmission with destroked adapter and has a billet converter with a dodge controller in the cab.
The radiator is from the V10 with a mechanical fan.
All New batteries, Ford alternator, air intake, serpentine belt and steering stabilizers.
New chrome grill guard, new running boards and new mud flaps.
Air conditioning was recharged with front and rear air controls and cruise control.
Captain's chairs with 2nd and 3rd row seating for 10.
