3rd row seating. New wheels and aftermarket shocks and exhaust.  Vehicle starts fine, but will need to be towed due to it appearing to be stuck in neutral. Make a fair offer and available for pick up right away.  This will be a great vehicle if someone knows a bit about the casing.  Could be a neutral safety switch, a brake stuck on.  I am not sure, but transmission case has been replaced, so the solenoid was not the problem.  Might be a quick fix, recently paid 2000 for vehicle. Previous owner fixed a previous Evap leak and it passed emissions, but this may be the reason.  I will sell to the first buyer as is whom can make a reasonable offer.
