After I purchased this truck i replaced all fluids/filters with only motorcraft parts (front and rear end gear oil,transfer case fluid,transmission fluid/filter,antifreeze,oil,oil and fuel filters,air filter) i change the oil and filter with motorcraft every 1500 to 2000 miles NEVER exceeding 2000 miles on an oil change and change the fuel filters every other oil change,and ALWAYS add Archoil to the oil change and every tank of fuel, i have been very meticulous about the maintenance of this truck.Below is a list of the parts/modifications that have been done.

Eaton Detroit Truetrac Rear Differential with new Timken Bearing Kit
Motorcraft Brakes/Rotors/Calipers on all four wheels (the calipers were replaced at different times as they failed)
Replaced both upper/lower ball joints,all 3 tie rod ends,and the track bar ball joint with moog
Replaced both wheel bearing/hub assemblies

Had a miss at idle for a while,I couldn't figure it out,replaced the crank and camshaft sensors to no avail,ended up being the fuel rail pressure sensor,also replaced both injector harnesses

Replaced front crank seal,hard to get to so while i was in there i also replaced the water pump,belts,one idler pulley and one tensioner pulley
Replaced rocker arms,bridges,clips,and all 8 fuel lines
Added 3 guage pillar and gauges (oil pressure/trans temp/exhaust temp) (gauges can change to 7 different colors)
Added 2010 factory navigation system with rear backup camera
