INTERIOR HAS 1 TEAR ON DRIVERS SEAT.
 I AM THE 3RD OWNER.
 THE ENGINE NEEDS SOME WORK (NOISY LIFTER) ALSO WON'T PASS SMOG (CATALYTIC) PERHAPS.
OH YEAH REAR STRUTS ARE SHOT ALSO.
I REALLY LOVE THIS CAR.IT'S FUN TO DRIVE. BUT I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO INVEST INTO GETTING IT ON THE ROAD AGAIN. IT'S BEEN SITTING INSIDE MY GARAGE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS !
LIKE I SAID BEFORE IT BREAKS MY HEART TO LET THE 240SX GO...BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE.
TITLE IS CLEAN, I WILL PAY FOR ANY DMV FEES IF ANY.
