2003 Volkswagen Passat For Sale by Owner in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

It's a 2003 GLX 4Motion V6, fully loaded. No Known issues prior to parking it 1.5 years ago. It won't start, and when my wife went on disability and eventually lost her job, we couldn't afford to keep up with the maintenance. We are the original owners, and aside from minor rear bumper damage, the exterior is really clean, no paint fade or oxidation. The front leather seats are torn in a few places, but the rear seat is immaculate. 
1). I have complete maintenance records from day one. 
2).Replaced the water pump and timing belt, twice. I just want it gone. I'm asking $1,500 obo. It needs to be towed and the price includes towing up to 25miles. If you can provide your own transportation then I'll let it go for $1,000. It has a TON of useable parts still, but I'm not interested in parting it out.
