The good:

- Clear title
- Recent inspection (until 11/2016)
- Good running condition (brakes, transmission, battery, alternator, spark plugs, engine all recently serviced and maintained)
- Power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control
- Factory stereo, xm radio capable, in dash cd player, air conditioning, heat

The issues:
- current odometer reads 22,000 miles
- original odometer was replaced by past owners (actual mileage on title)
- paint peeling on roof and near door windows (needs paint job)
- power trunk lid button is hard to press.
- no keyless entry
- left headlight is newer than right

UPDATE:
2/25/2016- New gas valve solenoid canister installed (receipt from AutoZone)- check engine light now off
