This car is a 1988 Pontiac Fiero Notchback. It is red with black racing stripes on the hood, roof, and trunk. This car has a mid- rear engine. It was the first US car to be made with that setup. It has a 5 speed manual, which is really fun to drive because it is built low like a Corvette. These cars were only made from 1984-1988, so mine is the last model year. They have become pretty hard to find in the past ten or fifteen years. I found this car in Maryland. It came out with a completely different and improved suspension system. I have over $2000 invested in the car since I bought it. I have receipts for pretty much all the expenses.
