1965 Chevrolet Corvette For Sale by Owner in Elkhart, IN

This Corvette is offered as a 4 year total frame off, nut and bolt restoration completed in 2017. I have owned it since 1968. Stored for 37 years before restored. A rare Vette, this car was one of 1,191 1965 convertibles painted Tuxedo Black Lacquer. About 1,200 were ordered with the hardtop only. Also, there were only 168 ordered with blackwall tires and I still have the original mounted blackwall spare. It is an all numbers matching Corvette and ordered from the factory with the 327ci/350hp V8, 4-speed manual, four wheel disc brakes, matching hardtop only, Z01 day/night mirror and inboard backup lights, N11 off road exhaust system, blackwall tires, and radio delete. Many original parts were refurbished or rebuilt including the motor, water pump, distributor, transmission, 3:55 rear end, door panels, dash pads, instrument cluster, seats, sunvisors, hardtop, and much more. There are numerous photos, receipts, documents and information on the ownership and restoration. Painted in original Tuxedo Black Lacquer with Red Vinyl interior per trim tag. Only 5 miles on/off enclosed trailer for car shows/cruise ins since restoration.
