Seller Comments
This is one of less than 300 Model 90's built with NO chrome. It is one of three known to still be around and the only one on the road. It has 11,345 original miles on it. It was restored from the ground up after being in storage for over 45 years. It has every option they had in 1942. It has been restored as a WWII Chicago Civil Defense car. It comes with all the original shop manuals, original set of keys, owners manual and sales brochures . It comes with a running spare engine/transmission and many extra parts. It has been in 10 magazines and one calendar and has won Many awards. I will consider trades for a car in the 50's or 60's that are NOT project cars. Complete photo history of the restoration. Runs and drives great. Three on the tree, automatic spark advance, six volt Positive ground system. It is not a museum piece. It was restored the best I could in my garage and made to look like it would have looked when it was new. This car was built 01/27/42, cars were no longer made after 01/31/42 because of the war. it is not perfect, but it is very nice and gets many looks everywhere it goes. A true one of a kind. It also comes with all the Civil Defense equipment carried in the car and a mannequin dressed in period original cloths and CD equipment. To much to list about this car. You will never see one of these again. A true WWII Blackout Studebaker. The Studebaker museum wants it. They have a two door model, but have never seen the four door model. E-mail me for details at uncivilwarriors@gmail.com. $15,000.00 for car only.
