2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac For Sale by Owner in Leadville, CO

Being sold "As Is". I was the second owner since 20,000 miles.  It has been a good car for me, starting consistently in very cold weather at high altitude.  Recently it started slipping gears needing a new transmission and the 4WD needs attention too. That is the major stuff I know of.  I can still drive it but like I said it is slipping gears and makes a horrible sound when turning in 4WD but 4WD still works also. It looks nice but has had some body work that does not seem to affect it's functioning - done at a dealership.  It is well used but been maintained with oil changes regularly.  I have kept it clean and it is well loved.  It has less than 5000 miles on new Michelin radial tires, brakes fairly recently.  It is a definite fixer upper for someone who likes to do their own work or for parts. It is in Leadville Colorado private residence. For pick up only
