02 Mitsubishi Lancer Oz Rally 2.0 4cyl 5-spd, Rusty, Reliable, Drive Every Day As-Is

I have provided a lot of details for you. I will not respond to questions that are answered in the ad, as my time is as valuable as yours. This is a 2002 Lancer Oz Rally Edition 2.0-liter 4-cylinder fwd 5-spd; runs well, drives well, shifts well...newer clutch with low miles on it; no visible fluid leaks; good brakes; new battery (2019) with warranty; headlights, taillights, interior lights, brake lights & signals all work; keyless entry, power windows, power locks, power steering, heat, radio, gauges, ABS, cruise control, e-brake, wipers, washer fluid squirters all work; all 4 doors & windows open & close; I believe everything works…A/C isn’t so cold anymore, but it works; cloth seats; interior will look nice after a cleaning; lots of rust & faded paint, cracked windshield, but no dents or other damage; needs tabs ($41); clean title.
Recent/newer parts: swaybar links, rear suspension bushings (2013), tie-rod ends, alignment, alternator, belts, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, cam position sensor, muffler (2015), exhaust flexpipe between manifold & catalytic converter, clutch (2016), wiper blades, more. It has an exhaust leak between the converter & the muffler (not super loud, but not quiet either).
Can be driven every day as-is. This is my brother’s Lancer that I am selling for him. He is the 2nd or 3rd owner of the car. He said he has always averaged 32-36 mpg depending on conditions & his driving. It was his daily driver until late 2018; then it became his spare car; now he doesn’t need it. He wants $1000 for it. I will need to see a valid driver’s license & $1000 cash to allow a test drive. You must know how to drive a manual.
