This car has the BMW Premium Package and Sports Package.  I have taken excellent care of it.  It has had regular maintenance through BMW.  It recently had new break pads from BMW as well.  Other than that, this care has never had any issues.  It is an awesome driving experience!  The twin turbo is a monster...it is truly a joy to drive.  The only issue with the car is a slight dent from a shopping cart/car door on the passenger side and some scratches on the rims and front bumper (underneath).  It also needs new front tires so I have discounted the price some in consideration of that.
