Cap included .Miles are correct, my father walked everywhere, now has Parkinsons. Driven only to keep running. Tires are very good, wheels do have rust, as well as back bumper. Several scratches and dents as shown in pics. ABS light will not go off, needs new sensors. My father  took care of all maintenance well. PM for more details.
