2014 Jeep Patriot For Sale by Owner in Redford, MI

Hello, I am looking to sell my Jeep Patriot. The vehicle is a great drive, better condition, although it is not the car that I was looking for when I made the purchase. I have had it for roughly a year, and now I am looking to buy the car I truly want. 
It has roughly 69,000 miles, but it is my daily driver therefore the mileage is contingent on purchase date. I do have a lean on the vehicle, so I am pretty strict on the price. I have kept up on oil changes regularly, and kept in in very clean condition. There are no issues with the engine, although there is a short in the wiring for the windows that does need to be fixed. They work most of the time, but on few occasions the car needs to be restarted and the windows will roll up just fine. I have been quoted at about $100, because this is a common issue with most styles of Jeeps.  I just have not had time to fix it myself. There is also a crack at the very bottom of the windshield, and I am looking into getting that fixed pre-sale.
