Original MSRP of $68,865. I have yet to see another one in southern VA. This is a great example of the luxury VW was capable of. A well maintained, rust free and beautiful vehicle. All the vehicles systems work as designed. No bubbling of doors Rear trunk has been modified to correct known issue. Ice cold AC and all vent louvre doors work. New on 05 were the soft close doors which all four work flawlessly. This 4.2L V8 has been well maintained at a local dealer with a Phaeton tech on staff. I purchased this car as the 4th owner, the previous 3 were meticulous about maintaining this vehicle, as was I. Front bumper is hole free as the license plate was mounted on the tow hook and in AZ and CA a front plate was not installed on this vehicle. The records will indicate the care that was put into this car. All records and part purchases as well as warranties that the car carried up until 7/17. State inspections, CA smog reports and other details included in sale. Timing belt was completed earlier than required and not due for another 35k miles. Dual hi dust area engine air filters and dual cabin pollen filters changed recently. This car was garage kept in a climate-controlled space. Very rarely was this car in the rain. The car has been mostly trouble free with a few minor known issues with Phaeton’s. The TPMS controller has been coded out with VCDS. Original carpet and footrests in great condition. Original VW first aid kit in rear arm rest. Will include the Ross-Tech VCDS cable that has been in use with this VIN (2 more vin numbers avail). Previous owner had satellite radio and removed the CD changer but kept the Dennison unit for another car. CD Changer will be included in the sale as well. NA Nav discs as well as original manual with VW records from the 7/05 in service date. I will also include a water repellant cover that I used when I had to leave the vehicle in the elements while travelling for work.
Issues:
There is a small ding in the rear bumper, front bumper stone chips typical of the mileage, corrected with VW paint pen coucou gray but still visible, drivers side speaker grill is cracked. Small wear on home link and sunroof control. Minor variations in the wood on dash only visible in certain light. 04 VW OEM Phaeton wheels are on this car. Small cracks on front bumper next to washer outlets. Other than these cosmetic blemishes, the vehicle is in excellent shape for 15 yrs old. 
Excellent mechanical condition. Service just completed. New state inspection. Exp 5/21, New tires, pads and rotors less than 10k miles ago. Factory batteries replaced with OEM fairly recently. Quite common and costly rear main seal and camshaft adjuster seals redone. Driver window motor and regulator replaced.
